IN WHICH CASES CAN I RETURN AN ARTICLE?

In all the cases described below, as long as it is not a faulty personalised product:

  • I have received my order in poor condition
  • The product is not what I expected and I would like to return it

In all cases, it is essential that the products subject to a return are in perfect conditions and without signs of use or unnecessary handling, otherwise the return will not be possible. 

It is the customer's responsibility to properly pack the items so that they are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. If the items are not returned in perfect condition we cannot accept the return.
The time period during which you can return a product is 14 natural days from the date of delivery of the order.

Note: If the box has broken during delivery presumably due to the courier manipulation, you must notify us no later than 3 natural days from the date of delivery.

HOW CAN I ASK A RETURN?

In any case, before accepting the return our support team requires visual proof of the articles to return. You can write to us at contact@criswish.com or contact us from the contact us form, stating your full name and/or order number and/or email used to place the order.

Product defects must be clearly visible in photos or videos, otherwise we will not accept the production defect as a reason for return. Please, notice that the items are inspected carefully once they come back and in case they have clear signs of use that reduce their value, you may only receive a partial refund.

Once your return has been accepted, you will be sent return instructions by email. When we receive confirmation of receipt of your package from our warehouse, your refund will be issued within 14 natural days from the date of receipt.

You will receive your refund in the same manner in which you originally made the purchase, either through a refund processed by PayPal or a refund to your credit card.

CrisWish accepts no responsibility for any loss or problems that may occur during shipping. Therefore it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package arrives at our warehouse in perfect condition.

Special Note : the hoop earrings with clip closure are made of 925 sterling silver (soft material) and hand finished. Possible imperfections of the clasp are not considered defects but characteristics of that category of product. As long as the clasp of the earrings fulfils its function, we will not consider this characteristics as a defect. Additionally personalised products are not subject to returns or refunds.
